Operating Partner — Design
Born and raised in Britain to Indian heritage, Mona studied design at the University of Huddersfield and has called the U.S. home for about twenty years. She began her career in fitness before moving into interior design at a respected Charlotte firm, and after several years there, with encouragement from friends and family, she built her own practice.
She brings those influences together in rooms that feel international and personal, from a kitchen where she draws the porcelain countertop and our own team templates and installs it, to a primary bath finished with a groutless shower. At Hendricks & Woodford she leads the design of every project, from the first layout to the final styling.
Her belief is simple: everyone deserves a home they love, a personal sanctuary to come back to. And yes, the British accent is real.
