Mona Patel
Mona trained in design at the University of Huddersfield in England, then spent years designing for a respected Charlotte firm before setting out on her own. Indian by heritage, British by upbringing, and Carolinian by choice, she brings a genuinely international eye to every room — balancing livable comfort with selections her clients still love a decade later.
Build, Fabrication & Install
Chris Holland
Chris grew up in his father's welding and machining shop, where he learned that a finished space is decided long before anyone sees it. He ran fabrication and installation for granite specialists before moving into large-format porcelain, a discipline that demands its own equipment and seaming precision. He isn't a project manager who hired a crew — he still runs the saw.
Together, they founded Hendricks & Woodford to do what neither could do alone: carry a project from first sketch through final fabrication and installation, with one team behind every step.
